We are in communication with the Village of Palisades team at Lake Tahoe for travel conditions.
As you may know, a Winter Weather Advisory has been issued in the Lake Tahoe area from 5 am on Sunday until 11 am on Monday. A Winter Storm Watch has been also issued in the Lake Tahoe area from late Monday night till Wednesday morning.
The travel could be difficult due to the weather.
While we continue to plan our in-person meeting as scheduled, Anyssa has included virtual zoom information to all registered members below. We have also attached a subgroup/working group zoom link to this email for your convenience (please do not share without members or post on social media).
If you are traveling tomorrow or Monday morning, please be careful.
On the positive side, the final meeting brochure is ready on the website (thanks to Anyssa!). Meeting room information and much local information (dining, shopping, touring) are included. Please review it along with the important information below.

Please note that you will be prompted to complete a short form when logging into the main meeting zoom. This security measure allows us to confirm your meeting registration and will be a one-time occurrence for the entire meeting.
-Meeting Support: PALISI is available to provide in-person meeting support at the registration desk, and virtually via phone. Please note that there will be a delay in email responses during the meeting. All urgent and time-sensitive matters should be relayed via call or text at 336-447-0216.
